Specialized in public relations service leveraging QR

  • Smart Works v4.0 is connected directly to social insurance providers, able to provide easy document reception and processing services for clients walking into municipality offices (QR code images are provided)
  • A mobile web screen for reporting to the insurance provider is given (When accessing the URL on the QR code, a mobile web screen is displayed for the documents of insurance providers)
  • Connect dedicated lines for 3 insurance providers (documents sent to insurance providers through 3 insurance provider dedicated lines integrated to electronic facsimile for municipalities)

OCR Recognition (Automatic Document Classification)

  • Support the pre-processing of the received document, and automatically classify the designated document using the OCR technology
  • A keyword may be assigned in a designated area of documents. Storage locations may also be specifically assigned for the search results from the assigned keywords.
  • Documents with different orientations are automatically rotated and sorted when stored.
  • Document classified based on recognized keywords and the form of images
  • Forms automatically classified may be managed based on user assignments

OCR Recognition (Automatic Document Text Extraction)

  • Based on designated areas in each form, print/cursive OCR results are automatically extracted. Extracted data may be downloaded.
  • OCR extraction area may be designated for the data to be managed.
  • The document is recognized in the designated area. Information is extracted, and the extracted data are entered based on the form configuration.
  • Through the data consolidation feature for each entry item, the client can download the data in the OA form they require.

Integrated data management

  • Integration of document reception channel (FAX, QR, OCR, multi-function printer, etc.)
  • Documents automatically received through the dedicated reception channel
  • Accepted work from may be reviewed, and processing results can be confirmed in real-time
